氢氧化钾如何避免双氧水会分解

1、保证加氢和氧化剂的 pH。以蒽醌法为原料,在碱环境下进行了操作。加氢溶液的氧化及过氧化剂的提取均需在酸性环境中进行。 氢氧化钾氧化溶液在变成碱性后会发生裂解,从而导致事故。

In production, an explosive gas is produced when the oxygen content in the mixed exhaust gas reaches more than 15%. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control flammable and oxygen in tail gas. In order to ensure the safety of production, nitrogen is usually used to dilute the oxidation tail gas, and the oxygen concentration does not exceed 10%.
