钻井液使用甲酸钾的一些问题

甲酸钾在钻井完井液中起主要作用的是钾离子,且能完全离解,相同加量时,有效K浓度较氯化钾高,无阴离子氯根的污染,其滤液表面张力明显大于氯化钾钻井完井液体系,渗入地层的流动阻力大,既抑制粘土水化分散膨胀,防止地层缩径,又不干扰电测,腐蚀轻,同时避免了对油层的污染。
